What it means
The request carried no credential, or one Konsol does not accept: a key that is malformed, unknown, revoked or expired, or a device token that is no longer valid.
What to do
Check the Authorization header and the key or token in it. If a key was revoked or has expired, ask your Konsol contact for a new one. A terminal whose token is refused must activate again.
